Artist entry for imagedumps?

post #518246, post #456103, and post #456100 all come from http://animekko2.blog113.fc2.com/. The last one has takeya_masami as the artist. However, that artist doesn't have any FC2 links in their URL list, takeya_masami's website has no link to the FC2 blog (it's just an empty shell of a site), and the names given are different (takeya_masami vs zuripon), so I thought I'd ask before I added the tags/URLs...

That blog is an imagedump, post #434617 and post #538789 are on there and we know those two artists are not even remotely related.

Looks like http://2chgazoutora2.blog35.fc2.com/ is, too, despite there being no pictures on there that I can find.

Should we make an artist entry to dump URLs like these, similar to (banned artists)?
