He might have just wanted the Japanese name to be searchable, because we currently have the English name in there.

I'm going to alias the English to the Japanese. But should the Japanese be Rekka or Recca? Anyone know if Recca is official?

"Recca" is official, "Rekka" is proper.

His name in kanji is 烈火 which would be romanized as "Rekka", but if "Recca" is official maybe we should go with that instead.

I'd go with "Rekka", since there are kanji to reference.

I bet you'd write Light as "Tsuki" too. ;)

Anyway, either is fine with me in this case.

It's ambiguous when written in katakana. If I recall correctly, his name was written with ライト next to the 月.

And to drag this, kicking and screaming, back on topic, 烈火 → れっか → rekka. Turning the Ks into Cs would be a purely cosmetic change, and one that doesn't fall into line with our usual romanization scheme.
