Seems this tag was purged at some point, with now tinkerbell used for the Neverland entity, and tinker_bell for an artist. However, the two-word variation (for the fairy, not the locale) is still the proper rendition of the character's name, so what do, now that the qualifier's in disuse?

While we're at it, let's add a qualifier to the artist tinker_bell.
