I did some searching under certain terms but the only similar topics I found were from last year.
I cannot seem to find a tag linked to those dark circles/bags/wrinkles you get under your eyes when you are stressed and tired. It is different from having obscured eyes, downward sloping "sleepy eyes", or dark makeup under the eyes.
No tags currently seem to bring up what I am talking about, and all the images I have found with them have no related tag for it.

Kiyama Harumi tends to feature them (post #569010), I would have expected to see more under tired or sleepy though most of those seem to people that just woke up. The effect is more prominent on people who pull all-nighters.
I found one instance that uses eye_bags for L at post #110541.
Here's a couple pictures I feel qualify for some sort of "stressed" or "baggy_eyes" tag...

bags_under_eyes sounds better to me. It's less concise, but once you break an idiom down too far it looses it's phrasal meaning.

Let's go with that.
I'm bringing this up again because there were a few images I tagged bags_under_eyes after this thread, after which they were changed to eye_circles. This sounded better to me and after a Google search it looked to be the term used more often, so I left it, but bags_under_eyes started up again in the meantime. So, one or the other, let's decide again.
bags under eyes works much better to my way of thinking. eye circles just sounds like the end result of a punk kid, a magic marker, and an unsuspecting sleeping person.
