Aliasing twirling_hair → hair_twirling.

I've been wondering if hair_tussle could be aliased to this too.
From forum #29040 the name is misused, and from the actual tags contents there's apparently no difference between both (or none that I could find anyway, and I've been wrongly using the hair_tussle tag myself since, as it had more posts).
There are images under the hair_tussle (hair_tousle) tag though that probably wouldn't qualify for hair_twirling.

Yes. We could start using a hair_tousle tag for them instead (and we probably have better hair tousle examples not tagged with anything right now anyway).
I'd like to confirm I get the idea right however. I'm thinking some of them would actually better qualify simply as adjusting_hair.
