I don't agree. The background clearly is done in the Nihonga style.
I'm not convinced about the need for an implication, though. There could just as easily be a parody of the painting not done as Nihonga.
In that case, just → fine_art_parody then. Though I'd say it is nihonga by parodying a well-known nihonga painting.
Is that really needed? There's already a problem with a similar implication for Dream Caused by the Flight of a Bee around a Pomegranate a Second Before Awakening causing post #203889 and post #250658 to be wrongly tagged as parody.
A little late, but can't we have the original work appear in some other picture, framed up on a wall or something, without actually being a fine_art_parody?

Theoretically possible but I'm not sure I'd want to dump the whole artwork implication system we've put in place for something so exceptionally rare.
