format is not supported

There's some pictures on Pixiv that I can't see when I save them to my computer

it says the file format is not supported. and I searched for similar on here and it also said the format wasn't supported

it says .png, so what's up with these. Is there something we have to convert them to even if they're already .png or .jpg?

What viewer are you opening them in? Try a better one, like irfanview for starters.

irfan and firefox don't work, but it's on pixiv...

Works on mine. Firefox and Opera, 2 image viewers.

BTW do you guys have Macs or Windows 7? I have Vista, that doesn't have anything to do with it right?

all of the sudden it works, the other ones work too.

Problem solved

It's probably Vista, there's a few pictures I'm unable to save without it getting messed up...though oddly enough, I don't have any problems with this picture.
