Tag implication: 2boys->male and 3boys->male

Reason: If #boys is for images with just # of males, the male tag should also always be added.

The male tag is for images in which there either is an overwhelming emphasis on males or only males in the image. Given how the #boys tags appear to be used, there doesn't seem to be a guarantee that the images will always have either an emphasis on males or only males in the image, even if it under the tag there is an overwhelming number of male only images.
