Aliasing ohtori_akio -> ootori_akio.
Aliasing ohtori_chihaya -> ootori_chihaya.

Reason: Consistent romanization for 鳳（おおとり）

Moved the last one by hand because it's one image from 4 years ago with maybe a 1% chance to reappear at most.

It is the romanization officially listed on the website, though, so it helps in case anybody looks at it to identify her in an untagged image. I know the chances are very, very low in this case, but I have seen stuff like that happen before.

Edit: actually, ootori_kanae is already in use so I'll qualify both, as neither has many images.
