censor_hair to convenient_censoring
Unless the act of intentionally covering with hair invalidates the convenient_censoring tag.
Post 549128 and 659469 are the only ones where that is the case. If no implication is done I must really request a mass edit at the least. There are 150+ picture that lack the tag where they should have it.

You did the post links wrong, you just need to type post #549128 and post #659469.
Anyway, the tags were implicated before, but were unimplicated towards the end of the third page of forum #26705. The reasoning was that nipples on Danbooru weren't usually the target of normal censors like mosaics and the like. I don't agree with this, but I believe I'm in the minority here.
I thought from forum #43777 we were more inclined to nuke the censor_hair tag and leave hair_over_breasts being used with convenient_censor.
