Reason: Full name 瓦屋A太, as present on the covers of the comics he draws and on his Pixiv bio sheet.

edit: It might be "Eita" rather than "A-ta" (same pronunciation), but I've never seen him spell it "Eita".

I think since he went through the trouble to use an 'A' trather than Japanese, a-ta is fine. Barring better evidence to the contrary anyway.
