Tag Alias: chihiro_(pixiv) -> harumi_chihiro

Aliasing chihiro_(pixiv) -> harumi_chihiro.

Reason: Aliasing from bad qualifier, and to full name.

Ahm, didn't we do these kinda things with mass edits? I'll start with that, at least, alias can always be done later.

Chihiro is too common a name to get an alias.

We won't be using chihiro_(pixiv) again at all, so it really doesn't matter than much, I'd think. If it was from chihiro, then yeah, I never would have suggested it.

Multiple Chihiro artists with pixiv accounts; they all have equal claim to chihiro_(pixiv). From the perspective of someone who comes in after the alias, the assignment is completely arbitrary. If the tag isn't unique enough on its own, it shouldn't get an aliased to anything.

And we won't be using the tag, but someone else might try to.

Well, that is a good point. As much as we try to discourage it, (pixiv) qualifier tags still end up getting created. They're all moved over now, and this tag wasn't that big (a year old, but it may not have ever been on anyone's subscriptions), so I'm not really insisting on an alias now.
