Tag alias: Arms/hands behind back

arms_behind_back (1594) <--> hands_behind_back
arm_behind_back <--> hand_behind_back (18)

Either direction, just for some consistency. I prefer "hand(s)", but arms_behind_back is what's getting used...

I keep changing my mind...

Sometimes arms sounds better, sometimes hands sounds better. But they should definitely be one or the other. ...Arms I guess, since we have more like that already. But really either works.

I'd prefer hands, since - unless guro is involved - the arms generally go with them.

Given that we've aliased hands_behind_head to arms_behind_head, we should probably stick to similar naming. Of course we can always reverse that alias if we choose hands_behind_back.
