Tag Discussion: To Aru Majutsu no Index/To Aru Kagaku no Railgun

On sites like Wikipedia, Anime News Network, etc., I've seen To Aru Majutsu no Index and To Aru Kagaku no Railgun written with "To Aru" as one word, as in "Toaru Majutsu no Index".

Is this something worth changing or should we just leave it?

"To" and "aru" are two words used to convey one meaning here ("a certain", as it is usually translated in this context). I'm for leaving them separate personally, but I can see why some might write them together.

It's kind of like "on to" versus "onto" in my mind.

It works either way, so I don't see a point in changing it at the moment.

I tend to separate them myself, and it sounds like it doesn't quite matter, so let's leave them as is.

I'll alias the toaru versions to the to_aru though.
