Aliasing one breast out -> breast slip.
Reason: This one is a little tricky. On one side, both are used to tag the same thing, therefore an alias is a good option.
On the other side an implication is also posible:
breast_slip --> one_breast_out
This because one_breast_out could be intentional, but a breast_slip is somehow accidental and yet still count as one_breast_out.
Thoughts?
I prefer the alias one_breast_out ->breast_slip or in any case a mass edit.

Okay, so ive been doing a lot of tagging for one_breast_out, so heres what i think:
Use one_breast_out AND breast_slip when one breast is entirely/mostly exposed from clothing while the other remains mostly hidden.
Use breast_slip when both breasts are entirely/mostly exposed from clothing that is still being worn.
Do not use breast_slip when there is no top clothing being worn, that is topless, not a breast_slip.
one_breast_out implies breast_slip, but not the other way around. if you want to make a distinction and not have tag overlap, then i suggest that all posts that are breast_slip but not one_breast_out be retagged as both_breasts_out, which could also cover more than 2 breasts in the event of some weird multi-boobed breast slip tit monster...thing.

Okay, finally getting back to this.
I think your proposal is fine; my only real hesitation is that "slip" sounds accidental but it's being used to include both accidental and intentional exposure. But as long as we clearly define it in the wiki I guess that's fine.
I'll implicate one_breast_out -> breast_slip.
