Tag unalias: cattail

While trying to tag post #736607 I noticed that cattail is aliased to cat tail. A cattail is a kind of plant. I propose dealiasing and aliasing bulrush (the British term) to cattail. Another solution is to just use bulrush, I suppose.

There is also the cattail_(plant) tag.

Well, I sure feel dumb now. The proposal still stands, though, I guess.

Since we know about this now, it'd be a good idea to update the cattail wiki to help disambiguate the two as well.

So which do we want to go with, cattail or cattail_(plant). I doubt anyone is typing cattail when they mean a feline tail at this point. It was probably an ancient alias.

I made the cattail_(plant) tag only due to the fact that cattail at the time was aliased to cat_tail. Going with cattail would probably be best, and we can just have a link in the wiki for those who are looking for the tail's of cats.

A portion of the examples under the cattail tag seem to be エノコログサ（狗尾草） (Setaria viridis, green foxtail, colloquially known as neko-jarashi) rather than Typha latifolia. Most images which include Setaria viridis are currently under the cat_teaser tag, as they are common cat toys. There are synthetic cat toys listed under the cat_teaser tag as well. The line between the two plants is somewhat confused by artists who seem to make no distinction between the two, such as in post #705468.

As for a solution, the aquatic plant associated with Kawashiro_Nitori can retain the cattail tag but the cat toys should be moved to cat_teaser.
