Downtime

Sorry for the unexpected downtime. We were moving servers and I didn't expect it to take more than an hour or two but complications came up.

Everything should be fine now. Please let me know if you see any issues.

Please note that the site has new IP addresses now.

Gotten several failboorus and then an unable to connect error. Things seem to be working now though.

This was just because nobody had uploaded in 24 hours. It should resolve as time passes and people upload.

Been getting alot of failboorus and downbooru when using the danbooru.donmai.us address. Sonohara seem okay though.

The issue was the hijiribe server having some networking configuration bugs. It should be resolved now.

Everything seems a little slower than normal.

By the way, downbooru responds with code 200. Shouldn't this be 503 instead? Code 200 confuses external applications that use API, for example.

Trivial, sure, but it's been driving me nuts:

The tab icon for danbooru doesn't show up anymore. Instead of the brown box, it's just the generic "sheet of paper" tab icon.

This happening for anyone else?

Edit: Nevermind, just restarting firefox fixed it.

If this is true, yes, please do send HTTP 503 in the header for the downbooru page.

Is it just me, or is the site a lot faster now? Seems very snappy in general. I guess the new server is a much better one?

It's been pretty responsive for me, yeah. But then it ran nicely at times during the issues too, so it seems to vary.

I believe the net connection on the new server is much better for people outside North America.

Just wondering if anyone is having trouble with their subscribed images. Some of mine won't load even with several refreshes. It seems to be alright now.

This may not be a server-related problem, but images have been loading all... wonky... since around the time of the move (one part being 'shifted' slightly, distorted colors) or some haven't been loading at all.

Been trying to ctrl+F5 'em, but no dice.

Edit: Disregard it. The problem seems to be fixed now.
