Tag Implication: baby -> child

Implicating baby -> child.

Reason: A very young child.

-1, I think it'd be better to keep them separate. In current usage, the child tag tends to be used more for children who have grown past being a baby or a toddler.

Additionally, such an implication would prevent people from performing a child baby search for those looking for images that contain both non-baby children and babies together.

Yeah, I don't think this is a good idea. It'd be like implicating huge breasts to large breasts -- in theory, yes, that's a valid implication in terms of plain English meanings, but from a practical standpoint part of the purpose of the tags is to make a distinction between the two.
