Rio is from Super Blackjack, she's got ~180 images, but her tag is ambiguous.
The show Rio - Rainbow Gate! is based on Super Blackjack, and features Rio, who now has a last name, Rio Rollins.
So, what should we do here? I'd suggest mass editing Rio to Rio Rollins, but that leaves the question of the copyright tag. Leave it as Super Blackjack? Use both?

I'd imagine the standard "use both when referencing the anime, just the original tag when not" would be the way to do it.

So it would be rio_rollins_tachibana for her full name (though perhaps an alias from rio_rollins would be good too so there's not as much to type). I went ahead and cleaned up some of the other characters who were tagged with only one name since the anime website has full names for many of them.
Her name is just Rio Rollins

Well, it doesn't seem the anime mentions it (so it possibly may not be canonical for it at least), but her full name is originally リオ・ロリンズ・タチバナ. See the source Log posted above, and also Japanese Wikipedia
