Is find similar not working correctly?

Was trying to upload:

did a find similar and got nothing. Tried to upload but it already existed. Did the same with "ignore colours", still didn't find it.

Just don't want to end uploading a duplicate.

Look at how long ago it was uploaded, it's obvious someone uploaded it just before you tried. IQDB doesn't update instantly it does so incrementally.

In the end, the most reliable way of checking is doing an artist + character search you see there.

Ya it was about 30 minutes or so. I was confused since I have had a few that were less then that, that did show up as similar.

I would rather ask the question and be sure, then remain silent and be unsure.
