Good sites like danbooru?

Does anyone know of some good sites that are similar to danbooru? I would like to have several site with similar content in my bookmark folder, for the times i cannot reach the picture posts due to server throttling.

This SITE is getting worse and worse! with an overloading server all the time i dont mind if does sometime but it aint fun anymore..

If you don't mind typing in Japanese names and titles then Pixiv is very nice. It has the advantage of hundreds of Japanese artists uploading images directly, and it's large enough that it'll probably never disappear overnight.

Gelbooru seems to be almost the same as this site and most of what gets uploaded here gets uploaded there as well. They don't block tags like loli or whatever either.

I've been using it on the side while Danbooru keeps refreshing from server overloads..

unblocked loli tags? sounds like my kind of site.

I just wish the Endless Danbooru Pages script worked with other sites. It's really the one thing that keeps me coming back here ;_;

I wasn't aware of that. Too bad the multi-service search doesn't include that site or else I could just click on similar to see blocked pics on Danbooru on that.

It seems to link to posts from Danbooru, Gelbooru and some other boorus I've never heard of.

It works quite well since it shows all the posts, then links you to the picture on the site, which in Danbooru's case it skips the post page so there aren't many of those "Take it Easy pages"

I'm looking for a bishounen equivalent danbooru. Anyone got one?
