Tag Alias: stump->tree_stump

stump -> tree_stump

reason: same thing, and tree_stump has more posts.

The only issue is that stump can refer to things other than a tree_stump. Like the stump of an arm.

I was thinking about that, though I think in a case like that it would be better if we needed such a tag to use "stub" instead of "stump." The Amputee tag is pretty solid though in covering those, so I don't think it would be all that likely to come up.

In the interest of clarity, and because it's only 13 posts, I did an edit instead, and left a note about tree stumps and amputees in the stump wiki.
