Technically its referencing a specific persona and those tags don't cover that.

Or rather, akemi_homura braid would probably be more precise. Or use either akemi_homura ~braid ~glasses to be complete. Doesn't seem like there's too many extraneous (not what the original poster is looking for) results in any case.

This could lead to another inaccurate search, someday an artist would do a picture with homura having a braid but yet her attitude is still the one we know...

Alright... I'll explain it, this tag will use to distinguish the differences between the strong homura and the weak homura (the moemura is referring to the weak homura), mostly it's like keine(calm) and ex-keine(extreme), rumia(harmless) and ex-rumia(dangerous).

It will goes like this:
Akemi Homura -> Strong
Moemura -> Weak

"Tag what you see" is a core tenet of Danbooru. How does one determine visually that a character is 'strong' or 'weak'?

I don't know where you got that from, but popular are ほむほむ and メガほむ.
If I search for Moemura, I get links to deviantArt. Even worse results with 萌えむら.
