Help Request: Multi-Part Pictures

I've been trying to find information on how to deal with pixiv posts like the following one but have been unable to do so. It may be because I don't know what these types of posts are called. The main issue is that the work is divided into multiple sections. Do I upload each sub picture seperately or is there some way to handle all of them?

Those are "manga mode" images. You have to upload each page individually, assuming they are of Danbooru quality.

Also, *separately
