That one could arguably be tagged ex-keine_(cosplay), but I'll leave that determination to someone else.

I'd consider that more of a parody than a cosplay. Other character variants (e.g. takoluka, shiteyan'yo, hachune_miku, churuya, etc) don't implicate the original character because of the possibility of parodies.
