Tag Alias: bubbling <-> bubble_filter

Aliasing/mass editing bubbling <-> bubble_filter.

Reason: Both have very few posts. However, I think they should be unified.

Prefer bubble_filter

Just did a move to bubble_filter. Bubbling could be used for something more intuitive, and since there are so few posts under it now it doesn't seem like a common term.

It actually is pretty common for those in the know.

Added an "aka" note to the wiki, to aid those who would know "bubbling" but not "bubble_filter".

I think this should probably implicate censored

Nah, its a joke about bubble filtering, but not a bubble filter itself. Not worth not doing an implication over.

Eh, I dunno, post #826663 is clearly the technique but it's her suit being erased.
