The standard image resizing resizes images so that they are smaller but still too big. I basically want to see the entire image on a single screen.
I am asking here too see if there are solutions to help me see large images on a single screen.

If you mean vertically you have only one clandestine option: wait for danbooru 2.
If you mean horizontally you have three clandestine options: check the show samples/resize images boxes in your profile (both or just the latter,) wait for danbooru 2, buy a bigger monitor.

Most browsers have a zoom function, just zoom out until you see it all.
I usually just use the "View Image" right click option, and then go to full screen on my browser. It lets me the full image, scaled to fit my monitor.
I'm on a 18.4" laptop, but i'm guessing it also depends on the vertical-horizontal(or something like that) ratio of some images. Some absurdres images almost fit vertically in my screen, while all of post #888258 fits for me.

I do that a lot but when I want to see more detail. I'm having a problem. are gusts and non paying member not allowed to view images now? I try and view a image on a normal page and all I get is the tags where the image goes an if I right click the tags and choose the "View Image" right click option it takes me to a page that says forbidden.

idk here a sample of one of my uploads I can view the page but the image still only tags http://static.fsxaddons.com/post/show/584902/-3-ainsworth_no_mamonotachi-animal_ears-apron-blue
