1. Tip: you can use queries surrounded in double braces ({ }) to link to searches directly, like that: high_heels boots.
2. Do you assume, or have you actually seen instances of that, and in a sufficient number to warrant a new tag? If the false positives rate is at a couple per cent level, it's totally not worth it.
I'd actually thought we had one and tried to use it a dew days ago and didn't see one. Doesn't seem to be a lot of pollution in the combo search though.
