Tag Alias: striped thighhighs -> striped legwear

Aliasing striped thighhighs -> striped legwear.

Reason: Black_thighhighs aliases to black_legwear but still implicates thighhighs. Striped_thighhighs should follow a similar pattern, also implicating striped.

Someone said the sever is still switching due to large alias.

Yes, do not bother submitting legwear alias/implications. They are all in the works but will be done over an extended period of time because it's thousands upon thousands of images.

Since the great legwear change occurred this tag has not yet been switched to be just striped legwear.

I would like to do a number of these manually if that would ease the alias process, since there is still more to do.
