Tag Implication: bare_legs -> legs

Implicating bare_legs -> legs.

Reason: Self-evident.

legs is for images that prominently display legs. Simply having bare legs doesn't mean it's the focus.

I'm pretty sure every single image in bare_legs -legs qualifies for the legs tag.

The way people use it, amputees are pretty much the only thing that doesn't qualify for the legs tag.

The tag decay is probably due to a user that frequently uses the tag, even on posts where it isn't the focus.

We've had this discussion for barefoot already. One is a qualitative tag, the other is quantitative, so implicating them is wrong.

For the reasons others stated, we don't do this one. Legs tag is pretty full of mediocre images but the purpose is for prominent legs in an image. Legs can be bare and in the background and unimportant.
