I still think that should be heart_shaped_pupils.
But they're not pupils at all. The pupils are clearly, separately visible in both girls' eyes. That's why I'm flummoxed.
I was hoping there might a general tag for things reflected in the irises like starry sparkles or computer screens that might be stretchable.
Or maybe a good idea for a new tag for them.
