But maybe the fact that nipple penetration is impossible is counterintuitive to most people. A fictional girl may be fucked that way, while the rest of her body is well-drawn otherwise. For whatever reason, no post is tagged bad_anatomy and nipple_penetration simultaneously.

-1. I think this would set a bad precedent for later decisions on what should fall under the bad_anatomy tag. The bad_anatomy tag should speak more towards the quality of the image, and not on whether some aspect of the piece is unrealistic or not.
Additionally, I think it would not be unreasonable to assume at some point that there may be some monster girl or alien girl image where nipple_penetration would not be unrealistic in regards to them.

Yes it is possible. But it leads to Guro.
Bad anatomy is only for those posts that are badly drawn in regards to anatomy, not for those posts that give a middle-finger to anatomy and decide to do whatever the fuck they want.
We could have a tag that encompasses unrealistic or fantastic acts or dimensions, but I'm not sure if there is a need for it.
We have a tag for an extreme degree of lack of realism: surreal.
We can consider creating an additional tag named those posts that give a middle-finger to anatomy and decide to do whatever the fuck they want, or something shorter: unrealistic sex.

For now, I did something much simpler and perhaps more useful than creating a parent tag. I just added a section "Unrealistic sex" to Tag group:Sex acts.
huge_insertion is not necessarily unrealistic. So where would we draw the line between what is realistic and what is not?
The only thing I find unrealistic about post #95674 is that impossible_leotard, unless I'm missing something.
