breast_suppress -> hands_on_own_chest

Should this be made, or kept separate?
If it is to be kept separate, I think adding something along the lines of "breast_suppress cancels hands_on_own_chest" to the hands_on_own_chest wiki might be a good idea.

So far breast_suppress hands_on_own_chest returns only 6 images, but at a glance there are a few that are tagged only hands_on_own_chest when they should definitely be breast_suppress.
Based on that search, I'd say keeping them separate is best, but some clarification would be useful.

To me, the body language is different. breast_suppress is a simple hands on top of breasts like you're suppressing them down, but hands_on_own_chest is more of an emotional response, like post #1049979, post #1049266, or post #1049564.
