Tag alias: spoken_note -> spoken_musical_note
They're the same thing, "musical note" is clearer than "note" and we have musical note as another tag, too.

Should be noted that 13 out of the the 14 images under spoken_musical_note were tagged by Danielx21 himself, and the 14th likely was only tagged due to the fact that images existed under the spoken_musical_note tag when the user uploaded the image.

I didn't check the actual numbers, but most certainly that's true. I'm quite sure I created spoken musical note from nothing, based on spoken heart + musical note, before I noticed the existence of spoken note.
+1 to OP

That person here, I actually did it for the same reason Danielx21 explained in his post; I didn't know about the spoken note tag, and I thought using "musical note" felt more intuitive than "note" alone per OP's reasoning, since all the other spoken + object tags used the same format.
