Then should that really be a cleavage cutout? In that case, the reason for the cutout isn't to show cleavage at all. I don't think people searching for that term would have a picture of a man with a hole in his top in mind. It's not quite as clear cut if it's a loli, but again I'd argue that the use of the word cleavage denotes there will be cleavage in the cutout. Maybe chest_cutout or something could be used for flat-chested people (men and women alike)?
