Users who flagged a post are not shown anymore (to mods)

Posted under General

So there's forum #70432, which requests the info to be removed, but I can't find any thread which'd actually state that it's been changed, and definitely nothing that'd say it shouldn't show up for mods. Yet the flaggers are not shown anymore, and last I checked, I was still a mod. What gives?

The post that stated that it was changed was in that thread too.

Flagging is not anonymous because I didn't think harassment would be an issue. And it's nice to see if there are some people who are serial flaggers who many just be blanket flagging a tag. Now that I know it's a problem I will go ahead and anonymize them to most users.

I agree that "part of a pool" is a poor excuse for appealing. I'll remove it from the list of reasons.

But somehow "most users" turned into all users and he's yet to fix it.

Ah, missed that. The "part of the pool" is also, as usual, taking the baby with the bath water, since it *is* a valid reason -- for sequential pools. The suggestion was to reword it, not to kill it outright. Thankfully that at least has later been fixed by replacing the whole thing with a much better message referring to the wiki.
