Not necessarily, however it looks like partially_colored is the tag that was already in use, so this should be fine. Done.

Besides, line art typically comes before coloring, so "partially colored" fits better in the sequence (unless someone's technique is to splash a bunch of colors down and systematically remove sections; sounds like it could work with stencils).
