How can I post Pixiv manga pictures edited for readability?

I want to upload pictures from this Pixiv manga sample:

However, instead of single panels, I want to post them edited so both the character and drawing are together (2 panels per pool page). Is this allowed, and if so what source do I put on the images? I looked through the posting guide, but it didn't really answer my questions. Also, if anyone thinks the posts won't get approved, I'd like to know now and save time.

No, don't post spliced images, just put them in a pool in that order. I won't be approving any of them, but I can't say that they won't be approved.
