Is there a pool for a situation like this one?
Assuming there is none it would be either:
A situation as simple as the "weaker" character finally beating the hell out of the "stronger" character.
or taking it a step further,
Where canonically the characters would be an even match given certain circumstances (ie non danmaku fight in Touhou) but one character seems to always win regardless.
Again assuming there is no pool and is really worth making.
