Tag implications: heart_cleavage_cutout

Tag implications:

• heart_cleavage_cutout -> cleavage_cutout
• heart_cleavage_cutout -> heart

Reasons:

> A "heart cleavage cutout" is a "heart"-shaped "cleavage cutout".
> The search heart_cleavage_cutout -heart returns 57 results.

This still is a good idea, but depending on the results of forum #69529, "cleavage_cutout" might get renamed to "chest_cutout".

Keeping as cleavage, done.

Currently, two implications leading to this forum post seem to be erroneous:

cleavage_cutout implicates cleavage_cutout
cleavage_cutout (2794) implicates heart (34274)

Also, due to the huge postcount it breaks. cleavage_cutout -heart.

These are the only implications under "cutout" query, OP's implications are not in place.

Looks like the oddity is due to forum #79654's changes.

Yeah, blah, looks like they clashed. Hard to avoid that. I've removed cleavage_cutout -> cleavage_cutout and cleavage_cutout -> heart.

Interestingly not that many cleavage_cutout posts were affected. I can't go through the 14 pages for cleavage_cutout heart right now but I checked the last two pages of that and didnt have too many to fix.
