That is strange. I believe it's a bug - if you look in the API, you will see that it has 3 downvotes and 2 upvotes. Yet somehow, it's score adds up not to -1 but to -13.
By the way, getting angry at people for not approving your posts is not going to make them any more inclined to approve them in the future.

Neither the source nor tags seem bad to me, so it's probably just that it didn't stand out much. It's sketchily drawn and not particularly interesting, if you wanted my opinion.
