Nobody is ever going to search for it by that name, ever. Only suggest english → japanese title aliases when:
1. The English name is long-standing and commonly used and most people would use it, such as with older series that first got established with their localized title or...
2. The English name favors a subtitle or subset of the original release (e.g. Hayate the Combat Butler → Hayate no Gotoku), or occasionally...
3. The English name is a very direct and accurate translation.
For completely nonsensical titles made up as part of one foreign company's licensing deal, I personally don't feel we should even acknowledge them.
