fake_breasts vs. breast_padding

Should fake_breasts be aliased to breast_padding? or is there any value in making a distinction?

fake_breasts doesn't seem to be frequently used, it only has one post. Simply replacing it with breast_padding should be enough IMO.
In other words, I don't think that we need to alias it or keep it.
