Proposed changes to masturbation tag

As a followup to my comment on post #255799 , I propose that we explicitly limit the masturbation tag to only include images in which the subject is sexually stimulating him/herself, rather than getting a handjob, footjob, etc. from someone else, since the latter case is covered by a variety of other tags.

Any comments? Not like any huge mass edit would be required, the tag mostly conforms to this anyway. I just wanted to check which way the wind was blowing before I edited the wiki entry.

I don't think I've ever seen the word masturbation used by any normal person to mean stimulating *someone else's* genitals, despite what the dictionary says is technically correct. Maybe once or twice in a scientific context... maaaaybe. Thus, only use it for self-gratification images. Otherwise we'd have to come up with a completely different tag for such images (because it has a very different appeal), which seems unnecessary since it's used pretty consistently now.

A long time ago we used the mutual_masturbation tag, but that's been deprecated in favor of fingering/handjob. I've no problems with defining masturbation strictly.
