It seems to be one of those tags that Danielx21 apparently created on his own, and it never quite caught on. See forum #68217.

Agreed, tentacle_sex and tentacle_rape can be covered by tentacles, sex, and rape.

I tagged the tentacle_sex/tentacle_rape posts that clearly depict vaginal/anal penetration with sex (many were missing it), so we can get rid of the tags if there aren't any objections.
