Account Upgrade Email - Manual or automatic?

I've searched the forums and wiki but have unfortunately found no answer to this question, is the Account Upgrade instructions email automatically generated? It's been a good few hours, I've double checked my email address & I am sure that it has not gone into my spam folder. My mailserver is happy & healthy. Is the email system broken, or is the email sent manually?

I apologise if this question has been answered elsewhere & also for my impatience (I simply do not wish to wait a couple of days if the email is supposed to be automatically generated). Thank you for your help :)

I can certainly say that it's automatically generated; I immediately got it after clicking the button and checking my email.

I'd say check your address and your spam folder again; you might be missing something. Otherwise, I'd try again.

Logging out & then logging back in, then setting the Chrome settings to request the desktop site (visually no difference, so I'd be surprised if that did anything) seems to have done it :)

I've now followed the instructions & hope to join the happy little 6tag advert free club soon.
