How do I filter searches by rating?

When searching for certain tags, I want to be able to filter the results so that it only displays images of a certain rating. I've looked at the site help, but I haven't found anything on how to do this. Is it possible?

You can type rating:q (or the full rating:questionable) to show only questionable posts. Similarly, rating:s, rating:e, -rating:q, -rating:s, and -rating:e all work.
