The no_pupils tag is currently used kind of inconsistently. I'd like to split it up like this:

no_pupils - eyes with an iris and a sclera but no pupil (e.g. post #1402243)
solid_eyes - eyes that are a single color. It doesn't matter whether it's a colored sclera, or a large iris that covers the entire visible part of the eye, since you can't tell them apart. (E.g. post #1452420)

Most images currently tagged no_pupils would need to be moved to solid_eyes.

There could also be no_iris for eyes with just a small dot for a pupil and no iris (e.g. post #1477928). But a large black circle should probably be interpretted as a black iris, and tagged black_eyes (e.g. post #1476221).
