Alias discussion: outstretched_hand -> reaching_out

Proposing alias outstretched_hand -> reaching_out

They're similar concepts, but the latter can cover situations where both hands are used (and where outstretched_arms wouldn't be appropriate).

I can find numerous examples where people do not reach out for anything.

Per the wiki, outstretched_hand does not require the arm to be reaching out. It's a bit awkward having that and outstretched_arm/s separate but eh. In any case, it can't be an alias of reaching out.
