Typing convenience

I think you should just use (9)neko or just 9neko instead as the main tag since it it policy to only have tags that can be typed with an (American) keyboard.
(don't tell me about the ⑨ tag, I know about that one)

There was an alias in the opposite direction, but I'm reversing it to alias to (9). Also (9)neko.

The (9) and (6) aliases are bugged. Requesting alias corrections for them.

it appears that a dummy edit is still required as a little push for the change. and surprisingly, i don't see jxh2154 in the tag history of some posts. was the job process killed halfway?

Ran a fix on both 6 and 9.
